QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CERTIFICATES

Since 1995 Servovalve has been awarded with the quality system certification by the international notified body DET NORSKE VERITAS (D.N.V.) due to its full compliance to Quality standard ISO9001.

Servovalve has also been qualified and approved by the major international engineering companies and leading industrial valve manufacturers as a high quality and reliable supplier.

All Servovalve actuators are made up of individual components which have been designed and built to guarantee safety and maximum life under the heaviest possible conditions.

Every detail is designed, verified and checked during all production process steps (from the receipt of raw materials to final checking) and then tested with care against the most severe criteria required by the EN UNI 9001 quality standard. All finished actuators are tested and certified by Servovalve quality department before being released to external testers at the various authorising bodies and the costumer own inspectors.

Since 2002, Servovalve actuators can be supplied, where appropriate, CE-marked according to the european 2014/68/EU directive (PED) and to the european 2014/34/EU directive (ATEX), under the approval of the notified body DNV.
